Is this unibet.ft or unibet.com? I noticed that I gave you instructions for unibet.com which is part of the microgaming network but unibet.fr is part of the ongame/bwin network - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Ongame
We support both sites/networks so I would expect you were talking to a knew and uneducated support member there unless something has changed and they haven’t told us about it.
