Un peu d'aide pour que mon hud s'affiche

Ca se passe sur Poker Stars… Une idée pour que mon hud s’affiche ?

  1. What exact version of Holdem Manager are you using?
  2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
  3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
  4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
  5. Often times, it is one setting or option that’s not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
  6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
  7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
  8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they’re not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it’s a corrupt database. FAQ - Hold'em Manager (HM1) Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database

  10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
  11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

Bonjour,
Le hud fonctionne correctement sur winamax, mais ne s’affiche pas sur poker stars.
il s’agissait d’un tournoi en Nl holdem
version : hm1 > 1.12.09
oui j’ai cliquer plusieurs fois sur le bouton start import et j’ai relancer le traker plusieurs fois.
le hud telecharge bien les mains, et je vois la table s’afficher mais le hud ne s’affiche pas.
Jack si tu passe par la car moi et l’anglais…

salut tu prend la petite croix rouge tu la fait glissé sur la table tu attend 2 secondes ensuite elle va s’ffiche ds table finderet tu clic dessus elle s’affiche en bleu et valider B)

yep j’ai deja essayer, malheureusement ca ne marche pas!
en faite elle est bien detecter et elle s’affiche dans le table manager, mais le hud ne s’affiche pas sur la table, meme quand je le configure pour qu’il soit dédié a ps
et par contre ca marche sur winamax, meme mon propre hud s’affiche sur winamax avec hm1

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

Send that file to support@holdemmanager.com and include a link back to this thread. We will need to analyze that file in order to fix the issue.

bonjour et désolé pour le retard avec lequel je répond.
Je ne suis pas venu ses derniers temps sur le forum, et je remercie tout ceux qui ont bien voulu m’aider.

Je viens de trouver la solution aujourdhui, c’etait assez bete. Pour des raison de pratique j’ai mis le dossier d’archivage de HM sur mon bureau. Tout comme j’avais mis celui dans lequel sont importer les mains depuis ps.
Hors…le dossier dans lequel sont archiver les main hm et celui de ps etait le même… et c’est de la que provenait le pb…

Pourrrait tu approfondir comment tu as fait s’il te plait!!! j’ai le même souci.mon hud marchait sur everest mais plus sur betclic, et je suis pas très doué en informatique…
