admirez la genereuse offre que me fait la team moshman pour me coacher. A lire bien sure par la fin
Hi Gary,
I’m sorry to say that I’m a little bit disappointed about your offer. According to sharkscope Gallopingael have only play around 1500sng in his live on Poker Stars and seems to play majority of his time to other form of poker. I’m not sure he have play some DON and to be honnest I think you should be better than him. Unfortunalty we are playing at same leverl 20.40$ so you couln’t match my expectation since you are not (in my knoweldge) a reg at 52$ and 104$. I can play alot and I play at 20$ exclusively and want to move up at 50$ by end of March (possible if I achieve the volume I want tin March). February was not a good month due to a lack of motivation… So since I would like to move up at 104$ at the end of the year I would like to be coached by a 104$ reg that’s seem legimitated.
Regarding the price 50% of my earning it’s seem to be exagerated to me. 1h of coaching by a 104$ reg cost me 100$ (price of jasonkobe) so 400$/month. My expectation is to make on a average 1500$/month (at least 1000games a month and moving up at 50$ should increase my earning). So given as minimum 750$ for 4h coaching a month is for me exagerated.
If you have a 104$ DON regular who is willing to coach me at good price for 3months I’m agree to pay a weekly lesson with him. I think you can easily understand my position. Yor offer is very nice for the non winning player or hardly winner. In my case the best option is to pay 100$/h to a private coach

Hello,
Thank you for the application.
I’m Gary (Monteroy on Pokerstars), Collin and Simon’s assistant and staking/coaching partner and I share this mailbox.
You have a solid track record and some string goals with regard to poker, so hopefully we can determine the best long term plan to help in that regard.
Typically the contract lengths are 6 months, however since you have a fairly established record of play I would suggest that a 3 month period would be an ideal time period. After that, progressing to being a staked player and possibly a coach (if you were interested) would be ideal. Several other coaching students are on that path and it has proven to be a successful one.
The terms of the coaching arrangement would be the following
- We agree to 150/week minimum with an average buy in (ABI) of >$10
- No win no fee ~ any week you don’t win, you don’t pay a fee. Further in your favor, whatever you lost, you are permitted to make that loss back before continuing to pay a fee again. As all players will run bad from time to time (and new players often make mistakes early on in the program) this drastically reduces the amount the coach receives per week on average, but is my guarantee to you that you will only ever pay for coaching out of your winnings.
- I would place you with my coach gallopingael(see blogs page on my site for details) who excels in those game types and can quickly leak-fix your play and get you playing solid SNGs.
- Standard offering is a weekly 1-1 with the coach on Skype+Teamviewer as required, plus additional follow up questions via email and IM. You will also have email/IM access to myself, Simon and Collin should gallopingael not be online at that time, so a pretty reliable support network.
- Standard terms are 50% of rakeback and game profit for a duration of 3 months.
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks,
Gary
