depuis deux jours holdem manager a l’air de fonctionner differement
je n’ai plus rien dans l’onglets report ou je pouvais analyser mes sessions
quelqu’un peut il m’aider svp

Unfortunately I can not understand the problem after translating it from French to English.
*Try creating a new DataBase - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How is a new database created in Holdem Manager 2?
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Options / Hand Importing / Manual Hand Importing
All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Database Manager (Ribbon)

3 - Please make sure you have access to a good connection, we cannot provide support on really slow connections
4 - Please allow us full access otherwise it slows down the speed at which we can fix the issue

What is your Windows > Control Panel > Region and Language > Format: option set to?
Close HM2 and change it to English (USA), then restart HM2. The Reports should now work again.
Close HM2 again and change your regional settings back to your native setting and start HM2 again.
Did that solve the problems with the Reports?
If you continue to have problems, try the following -
- Close HM2
- Please delete everything in
- Win7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Reports
- XP: c:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports
- Showing hidden files: Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How are Hidden Files Viewed in Windows?
- Start HM2 again
If you continue to have problems, try the following -
- Close HM2
- Please delete the following files:

Difficile de t’aider … je ne comprends pas vraiment en quoi consiste ton problème …
Valdo974 la personne la plus à même de t’aider est la personne du support qui te parle en anglais…
Alors commence par écrire en français pour qu’il puisse traduire ce que tu dit, au lieu de l’écrire en sms ou je ne sais quoi parce que même moi je doit te relire deux fois pour te comprendre alors que je suis français :unsure:
Et ensuite si tu comprend pas l’anglais essaye de passer ce qu’il dit par google traduction ou de demander à quelqu’un de ta famille ou tes amis de te traduire
EDIT: et quand je dis français c’est en mettant l’accentuation et les élément de ponctuation
EDIT2: D’ailleurs j’ai toujours pas compris réellement ton problème. Les mains s’importent pas ? ou c’est juste que la disposition des fonctionnalité qui ne sont plus au même endroit ?
c est la disposition des fonctionnalites qui a changer.Les mains sont importés, mais rien ne s’affiche dans l’onglet report. Il faut que j aille dans l’onglet active session pour pouvoir analyser les sessions
Je n ai plus aucune stats dans l’onglet report.
C’est difficile d’etre plus clair .
Je sais utiliser google traduction merci
Aucun problème en ce qui me concerne. J’ai les stats et les mains qui s’y affichent; peut-être t’as activé un filtre …
Je te donnais juste des conseils pour faire avancer ton problème

les mains se charge mais quand je vais dans report c’est vide pour le cash et les tournois

Qu’est-ce que tu as fait concrétement? Est-ce que tu as p.ex. réimporté les HH dans une nouvelle base de données ou est-ce que tu as juste vérifié les filtres?

j ai importe une nouvelle base de donnees i;portes les ;ains
changer la langue de l ordi comme indiques
de quel fitres tu parles et ou les changer stp
la l ecran de la page d acceuil avec la petite video reste dans tous les ecrans
la je fais un restire database je vous tiens au courant
j ai fais un back up database
mis le windows en region langue anglais puis remis en francais
maintenant ca fonctionne nickel voir mieux qu avant
donc back up database quand ya un souci
pas besoin de creer une nouvelle ou quoi
