HEM1 n'enregistre pas toutes les mains sur IPOKER

Salut,

Merci @+

Are you playing speed poker?
This is known issue in Ipoker client: sometimes it loses hands when playing at Speed tables.
Possibly this is caused by very fast table closing, possibly because of other things - no idea.
But here is a workaround: client has a feature to rewrite HH files.

  1. After session ended and table closed, wait some time (5 minutes is enough to finish all hands where you did fast Fold)
Then in Ipoker lobby press My Account menu item

  2. In window opened select “Cash table history” in list

  3. Set period, table name and all other desired parameters to filter sessions, then click on session you want to update

  4. In a new window opened press “Update local information” button - file will be written in poker client HH folder.
(or owerwritten - if file was not autoarchived by HM yet)

  5. Run HM and start autoimport (if is not started automatically) - HM will ignore dublicates and update database with missed hands
I’m playing with BETCLIC, the software is from IPOKER.
It is not poker770… and it is not speed poker.

Please try those steps anyway if the poker client has the same options.

Please try this, to get all your missed hands imported

Uncheck « Import from Subfolders » in the auto-import settings.

Move the files in the handhistory folder to your \hm2archive folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.

If you continue to have problems, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
