Hem 2 récupération de licences

Bonjour,

J ai la licence Hem depuis 2011.
Quand hem2 est sortie j avais la mise à jours et pouvais me connecter avec cette licence.
J essaye de me reconnecter mais ma licence ne fonctionne pas et impossible d installer Hem.
Hem2 est déjà installé sur mon ordi.
Impossible de lancer Hem 1.
Merci de me faire un retour.

Please install the latest/final version of HM1 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

If you have any problems activating it in HM1:

  1. Shutdown Hold’em Manager and update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.14.02.exe
  2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
  3. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug or download it from here - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/LicDebug.txt
  4. Restart Hold’em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your code now. Once you have done this close Hold’em Manager, delete the LicDebug file and restart Hold’em Manager.

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called ‹ reg ›.
